Is this workout effecting me?!


Question: Is this workout effecting me!?
so ive been working out for a while now,
the first few days iwas sore the day after, but now idont get sore!.
my teacher had told me when your sore, it is good!.

iput my full effort in the workout but idont get sore, am idoing something wrong!? is it still giving me a good workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Sore is an indicator of tissue damage and a build up of lactic acid!. If you are trying to be a body builder, then you will have to increase the intensity!.

If you are doing it for general fitness, you are just getting used to the workout you are doing!. Change the order of exercises and put in your full effort and you will get sore again!. Keep changing the order of exercises!. We get used to it!
