Question: Will I lose weight if I work out for 30 minutes every day!?
I'm trying to recover from bulimia, however, I don't want to gain weight!. Yes, I know I need to be focusing on my health rather than weight loss, but I just want to make sure I lose weight the healthy way!. I work out every day with exercise videos for about 30-40 minutes, plus I like to dance!. If I do this everyday, will I lose weight!? I plan on having 3 meals a day, and I was just wondering how many calories I'd have to eat each day if I use this exercise routine!. Also, what are some good exercises that I can do!? I understand your situation, I had a close friend in the same situation back 2 years ago!. I know that it's hard for you to do things the healthy way, but keep up the good work, because it's only going to get better from here!! What I recommend is do what you like to do, which means, go head and dance!. 30 minutes a day is not a factor, what is important is the level of intensity you bring to each session!. Also, 3 meals a day is for people back in the stone age, now days you need to maximize your metabolism to keep up with everyone!. Therefore, eat 4 to 6 small meals a day, regulate it to 300 to 500 calories per meal!. Always eat a breakfast high in protein and carbs, and small meal before 8PM!. i used to weight 88 lbs and my ab was hard as a rock!. I woke up at 5am and exercise like no tomorrow!. i ate an apple for lunch and salad for dinner!.
Now, exercise and 1 meal per day all I can eat and I am fat!. I think something is wrong with meWww@Answer-Health@Com
