ok don't listen to others who are saying (EWW she looks like a skeleton because i personally would like to be like that rather then be obese, i am trying to do it myself!)

okay you need regular exercise(Preferably daily)

running will help you lose weight quickly,try and go 30 mins a day!.running will help lose weight all over your body as your using every muscles and part of fat on your body to run!!

try swimming with friends or go by yourslef at least once a week!

okay try lunges,squats for your thighs and legs!! do 50 everyday they will be toned and slim in no time!!

sit-ups,crunches will work by doing 50 daily

also do the plank position 30 seconds x5 everday

try push-ups (50) try the womens ones

this will tone your arms,bust and stomach!!


for your arms take 2 bottles of water,or cans of peas or something(preferably dunbells but not always)

eat 1200-1500 cals daily

drink plenty of water (2 litres or 8 glasses)

no soda/pop or junk food

eat plenty of fruit(preferably citrus as this burns acid and fat!!!)

no wheat or bagels

eat fish,chicken,lasagne,salald,fruit,jacket potatoes
etc

no bananas or cheese

for breakfast try and eat fruit or branflakes

you didn't say how old you are but if you still live with parents just eat what ever they eat for dinner but if they eat junk food ask for an alternative or just don't eat all of it!!

At least you acknowledge that it isn't healthy!.

It depends!. If you have a larger frame, you may not ever be able to be that skinny!. Models have tiny frames and usually look like they are going to blow over in the wind!.

If you really want to try to get a body like that, you have to give up food almost entirely!. 500 calories a day would be a lot!. Consider adopting the "third world" diet, one that millions of women face every day!. Cocaine would probably help, too!.

Just to give you a frame of reference, I hear all the time that I have a "perfect" body!. Thats not to be conceited; I'm just trying to put things in a different perspective!. At 5'8" and 135 lbs, I'm thin but far from waifish!. I wear a size 4-6 and my measurements are 34-27-35!. I have a good proportion of muscle to fat and none of my bones show!. Sure, everyone has insecurities about their bodies!. I would love to tone my tummy a bit and narrow my waist!. But it certainly isn't worth being hungry all the time fainting in the hot weather, losing my fertility, and developing profuse body hair (its called lanugo and it is your body's last ditch effort to insulate itself as protective layers of flesh are burned away)!.

I don't know how old you are but I am guessing that you are a bit younger than me!. I've known anorexic girls and the consensus is almost always the same: other girls hate them and guys think they are gross!. Most guys love a butt and boobs!. Runway models like the one in the picture look like 8 year old girls!. If you really want to lose weight, do it the healthy way - cut your calorie intake slightly and exercise more!. Don't be stupid!. Firstly, she is NOT normal!. She may have a very slim build to begin with but she is obviously starving herself and taking pills or something!.
If I was to tell you how to get that skinny, you would end up in hospital on a drip!. If you want to lose body fat, you need to burn more than you eat by a couple hundred calories each week, which is the most effective method of fat loss!. Also you should eat a varied diet, and do not tell yourself "I'M NOT GONNA EAT ANY SUGAR" because it backfires!. You will feel deprived and then eat a whole box of cake or something crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry but she is a little too thin!.!.!.I am female 5,4 tall and weigh about 8 stone and ppl tell me I am thin and I agree!. Why I / someone else would want to take it to the next level I do not know!? So I am happy with being 8 stone!. There are 14 lbs in a stone so you an work out how much I weigh in american tems!.!.!.!.I dont have a calculator! The way she gets so skinny is by starving herself!.!.!.!.her skin and hair will be suffering and she will have to use a lot of makeup to look good!. I read how one models agency used to ring her at 7am to see if shed eaten yet and tell her not to eat breakfast!. Need I say more!? I know its your choice but I think its a very unintelligent one!.

I can assure you that is not healthy!.

She is very lean but she also has hardly any muscle mass!.!.!.!.this is the worst combination because it means not only does she not have enough lean mass, she also probably doesn't have enough pounds of fat on her!.

Too little fat and too little lean mass is very unhealthy and will lead to a lot of health problems!. You are asking for infertility issues, osteoperosis, impaired immune function and chronic fatigue syndrome!.!.!.!.!.these are things you really do not want to be dealing with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, I don't find her body very attractive!. It's not ugly, just very thin!. Although shallow, she doesn't ave a butt, or boobs!. She lacks anything to "hold on to," you know what I mean!?She has gorgeous eyes though!. and the same for her hair!. You can excercise alot, but I really cannot help you since I do not know what you like!. Try eating healthier, being more active!. good luck!. also, try to be happier, more confident, and less self concious!. I bet you have gorgeous features you have not discovered!. I would never want to look like that personally but it is your choice!.

Don't starve yourself to look that way, eat healthily!. Cut out sugary drinks and snacks!. Eat a healthy diet of fruit and vegetables, work out regularly with weights and jog/run about three times a week!. If you want to be that skinny you would end up anorexic!.
i recommend that you cut back on sweetts and fixxy drinks and eat more fruit and veg!.

eat very healthy lots of fruit and veg and not that much meat and no junk at all no sugary drinks just water and fruit juice and exercise every day burning more calories then you take in!.
