Assuming you're trying to lose weight, try to shoot for 30-35 grams of fat a day, it may take a few weeks to discipline yourself down to that but it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

look at the Nutrition Facts on the side of the packages to see how much fat (or calories, or sugar, etc) is in a serving of the food you want to eat!. and remember- a serving doesn't usually equal the package size!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep the fat down to a reasonable minimum; don't try to eliminate it altogether!. Fat contains 9!.1 calories per gram; proteins and carbohydrates are both 4!.2 calories per gram!. (Which applies to your chicken, of course!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
