Men's workout?!


Question: Men's workout!?
I'm currently doing 100 crunches daily (2 sets of 50)!. Had been at it for two months now but my 6 packs isn't showing!. Somehow the area around my belly button contracts itself into a fat lump, which I was hoping to get rid of!. Does anyone knows how to do it!?

Also, how does one build up bigger chest abs and more muscular arms!?

Please don't tell me to go for supplemenmts!. My friends recommended that I take food rich in protein after a workout (eggs, fish, soya bean milk etc) if I want my muscles to grow!. Is it true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

doing crunches will help build your abs, but cardio is the best way to burn any fat that may be keeping them from showing!. you can build them forever, but if there is a layer of fat over them they will never pop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing crunches daily wont help!. Your body gets used to it and wont help in any burn!.!.!. alternate the work out!.!.!.!.it takes more than 2 months to get a six pack abs!.

Yes you should have a low fat protein rich snack!.!.!.but it wont help in groing muscles as such but will help in the recovery of the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take protein right after workout!.!.Protein is just another form of food it will not hurt you!.!.For abs Drink water as much as you can!.!.!.n eat!.!.you have got to eat!.!.more n more!.!.n consume protein twice a day!.!.one right after you workout and one before you go to bed!.!.if you cant take it before you bed then take it first thing in the morning!.!.you will see the result pretty soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
