Answers:
its probably water weight !.!. however u could be underestimating how much you eat and could actually be eating more than you think !.!. hencee it would be fat weight !.!.!.
but its definately possible that pills make you retain water !.!. it could also be due to a high sodium diet or many other factors !.!. it really depends on ur stats and all !.!.!.!.
if u have to be on the pill then u have to be but if u can get off it try to do so seeing as these pills do cause some side effects !.!.!. or they cause dependency in the long run ,,,,

in order to lose water weight !.!.!. go to a steam room, do hot yoga, wrap sarah wrap around ur stomach when u work out/hike !.!.!. any high sweat activity will helpu lose water weight !.!. but know that water weight is temporary and it does keep coming back !.!. fat loss is the type ur aiming for if u trying to lose weight !.

good luck :) dont fret over it! and try not to count calories !.!. i know it becomes a habit but try to avoid doing it !.!. just eat when ur hungry and avoid crappy foods !.!.!.!. congrats on the daily exercise too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, many medicines have side effects and sucky enough weight gain is one of them for Prozac!. But if you have been taking it for almost a year and have only gained 5 to 10lbs its probably not because of the medicine its probably because you grew so your body just needed a little more weight on it!. I wouldn't worry too much about it though your 16 your gonna grow a little more!. If you are realy concerned u could go to google!.com and type in BMI (body mass index) and it will tell you if u are a normal weight for your height!. HOPE THIS HELPED!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think it's possible from getting fat from a pill, but if so, try eating less (not saying you eat to much) or go on a little diet, maybe take like half of supper or something, and just keep the rutieen of Walking jogging, and running on the treadmill everyday can be VERY useful

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you're 16, I think it's pretty likely that you've either grown taller, or your body has developed - both would account for extra weight, and both are nothing to be worried about!.

I suggest talking to your doctor!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
