Experiencing rapid weight loss?!


Question: Experiencing rapid weight loss!?
Basically my aim is to lose about 17 pounds!.
Eating 1300 cals a day (perfect amount for my weight and height)
Started two weeks ago and I am not weighing myself as I find i get obsessed so I have been measuring myself!. I noticed all my jeans etc are really loose on me so I measured my thighs and I have lost 2 inches off them in 2 weeks! plus the cellulite seems to have vanished! I have also lost an inch off my arms and 1/2 an ich everywhere else!. Is this normal to experience this in the first two weeks!? I cannot belive my legs they look like they are someone elses (not that I am complaining)!. I thought it was going to be really difficult to lose this weight but it seems to be coming off rapidly!. Has anyone else experienced this!? I am 21 therefore could this be something to do with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is really normal, your body is ajusting and going through changes, enjoy this well you can!. You will plato and that is when things get hard and you have to pick up a harder rotiene!. That sounds great though that you are noticeing the change, I bet you look really good!. Just keep it up and get to your goal!. Your going to go through ups and downs so enjoy this up time well you can!. Being 21 does also make a difference, it is easier to change your body at a younger age!.
