It's a kind of aerobic exercise that is based on kickboxing, which was very popular a few years back!. There are beginner, intermediate or advance versions!. However, even with the beginner version, you will need to be more or less physically fit because this is a rather demanding form of exercise!. It burns a whole lot of calories so compared to regular aerobic programs, you lose fat faster here!. However, you also need to be careful because it can cause injuries!. Because of the demands, you may be able to do it at best twice a week, unless you're already very fit, or you may want to just use it together with other programs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love Tae Bo I have a bunch of the videos!.!.!.some of the advanced videos!.!.the combinations they do confuse me lol but I still try!.!.!.You should buy it on ebay or borrow from someone that has it!.!.!.!.I don't use mine anymore but I do them from memory but I do find that actually watching it while do it keeps me moving more and not resting which is better but I don't have a TV where I workout anymore so I can't!.!.!.and my room is too small so!.!.!.!.!.Buy it, you won't regret it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
