I want to lose weight this summer im 15 and 170 pounds but?

i have already posted a qeustion for help but i dont know nothing is working i mean will someone tell how do i lose 20 pounds or less like what should i do and stuff please answer

On google search check out the gi diet

it has foods that get into your system slower
this will help with hunger
you need to eat whole grains and beans (not the green and yellow) and lentils and legumes

add more fiber to your diet
try to stay away from processed foods
and white sugar
white flour
white rice
those foods get into your system quickly and you will get hungery faster

for breakfast have eggs and fruit or veggie's
if you eat every two hours while awake and do not eat two hours before bed that will spead up your system and you will burn the fat off faster.

but only eat small snacks a peice of fruit or some that is very small
you will not go hungery

I know it is impossable to not eat the foods you shouldn't but when you need a small treat make sure you have high fiber with it and it will not go into your system quickly

you do not want to miss meals that will only slow down your system and if you are exercising and if you do not eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and you will not lose any thing and if you do manage to lose some as soon as you start to eat again you will put all of the weight back on and then some.

as for exercise you do not need to knock your self out at the gym the best way to lose weight is walking
walk at a good pace and walk long distance
the way our bodies are is
we burn cal's /min at a certen rate
You will burn more cal's /min the second half hour you walk than the first
you will burn more cal's /min the third half hour than the second and so on.

Start with some thing you can manage and work your way up it is best to go on trails that go up and down
if you are going to walk on a tredmill set it for up hill and go at a good pace.

I know a girl who worked at a gym and could not lose weight and she decided to walk and she lost all of the weight she wanted.

Walking will do all the benifits of running but it will not hurt your joints.

Make sure that you have a good pair of walking shoes
