Why do we shake after exercise?!


Question: Why do we shake after exercise!?
after everytime i do exercise i get the shakes for the rest of the night or day!. why is this i have just been kickboxing for an hour and driving back home i was shaking like a leaf!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your muscles have been worked quite a bit (good thng)

im gonna say before kickboxing you didn't do great deals of strenuous exercise!? (at least as much as that)

they will get use to the exercise and will stop soon, if anything its a good thing!. but if it feels anything out of the ordinary just check with your GP just to be sure (just for a professional opinion )Www@Answer-Health@Com

After training our neurological system gets a kicking! So things do tend to fire off, muscles twitch and you get the shakes!. Usually means you are tired and your body is starting the recovery process!. Eat within 30 minutes after training and have some lemon juice in water with a dash of salt to get your electrolytes balanced again!. Before training have some protein and complex carbs!. I very rarely get the shakes since I started doing this!.

Make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day!.

ITS NORMAL!!.!.I'm hypoglycemic and workout also when I do!.!.when you lift/do things at the gym you aern't used to doing like heavier weights or whatever!.!.you are using more muscles than you normally do!!.!.no worries!.!.goes away after you keep steady pace!.

I don't know that that is NORMAL!. I've never heard of that!. Muscle fatigue can do that yes, but it sounds really odd to shake to that extreme!. Maybe you need more nourishment if you are thin and really pushing yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I only get the shakes when i go for a work out without eating enough before or if i dont wait for my food to digust so im guessing that could be your problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
