Question: Lose 4 kilos in 10 days - Is that possible!?
Hello, I'm a 32 yr mother!. My current weight is 54 kilos (I used to be 50 kilos)!. What to do to lose that extra 4 kilose that are making me crazy!!! List of low carb foods would help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

I am not sure that if you have heard of a calorie control diet!. You can always log on the net and type in calorie king and it will give you page where you type in all your details e!.g weight height and other details and then it will tell you how much calorie you should be consuming!. Then you will need to buy a book call calorie counter and that only cost about $10 from the news agency!. If the web gives you 1500 calorie for the figures that you put in then to loose a kilo, you will need to consume 1250 calorie and that will get you where you want to get and you can eat anything you want but it will be in proportion size and you will still loose weight!. The correct way of loosing weight is to loose a kilo a week!. This method is used by weight watchers and it will teach you allot and then you won't even need the calorie count book because you will know it in your head!. The first week me counting was frustrating and then 4 weeks after that I didn't need the book but if I was to eat some thing different then i will condult the book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back!. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets!. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3
