Question: How do you lose weight or gain muscle in certain areas of the body!?
I'm a 20 year old male and I have gained weight, but it only shows on both sides of my stomach and chest!. I now weigh 175 pounds!. The shape of my body is off balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spot weight loss or gain is a myth!. It doesn't exist, no one can do it!.

Your body will not cut fat in only one area!. What happens is that your body will cut fat in a predetermined way!. It may lose faster in certain areas!. That's why people have problem areas!. Yours is on the sides!.

The place you gain easiest is the place that's hardest to lose!.

Just watch your calorie intake and do some cardio for about 30 minutes 3 times a week!.

you cant lose weight in a specific area you just have to lose weight in general but since you have only just put weight on there that is probably where you will lose it from first!. do cardio to lose weight and also focus on having a healthy dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
