Answers:
A moderate weight training program can help with all areas you've mentioned!. Nothing too radical!. Just some basic body weight workout (push-ups, pull-ups, squats, bench dips, etc!.) with some dumbbell workout (bicep curls, military press, etc!.)!.

This would help build some muscle which would help get rid of the "bony and skinny" shoulders and in turn would help burn excess body fat!. If you're naturally skinny, I would not go very heavy on a cardio workout!.

This doesn't have to be hard work!.

Check out Men's Health online magazine for some tips and workout ideas!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it will change!. You still have a few years to grow!.

Help it along by doing what you know you should already!.

Eat healthy and drink water!. No fast food and limit candy & soda!. Eat a good breakfast!.

Get plenty of sleep!.

Turn off the PC & go outside & play!. Shoot hoops!. Hike in the woods!. Climb trees!. Ride a bike!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do some push-ups and crunches to tone up!.
