Benching problems?!

Question: Benching problems!?
Ok, Im fifteen years old and now I realize bench pressing is the best way to gain muscle in the chest as well as the triceps and alterior deltiod(front shoulder muscles) but I am stuck on 85 pounds!. What could possibly be going wrong!. Benching seems harder than so many other things!. I get way more tired than usual!. I do 3 sets and 10 reps of 85 lbs(I try to do 15 reps but as I say Im having issues)!. So again my question is what could I be doing wrong!? How do I increase my bencing abililities!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try pyramid benching!. Start with the bar or pinky weights, do a high amount of reps!. Put 5 more pounds on and do a high number of reps again!. Keep this going until you can only lift the weight once, no mater how much it is!. Probably be less than your max and that's ok!. Then start your way down but your are going to negative lift the other side of the pyramid!. Your spotter will help you lift it up and then you control it down, slowly!. Do 1 rep of each weight down but negative lifting!. I did this in high school and it really developed me a lot faster and my max jumped a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you just have to put your mind to it!. Trust Me, nothing beats hardwork and determination!. There are ways you can train to become stronger and thus increase your bench Max and there are ways u can train to increase your reps but you have to decide which you want strength or endurance!? The simple rule is that in order to bench more (weight and reps ) you need to strengnthen your back and shoulders!. Ask someone experienced in the gym to shows you some back and shoulder exercises!.For chest you need to do about 12 sets of 8- 12 reps!. If you just want to increase your heaviest lift, try using more weight with low reps and doing half reps!. Keep pushing to failure , even if you arent able to lift it yourself ( have a spotter help u ) your still doing the work and thus becoming stronger!. Eventualy your body will get used to the heavier weight, but dont ever miss more than 2 days of working out!. You can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

85lbs!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?! I am 14 and I can bench 140lbs!. I think you hit a plateau!. This happens when you do 1 exercise too much!. Try dumbell bench for 1 month and then go back to bench press!. Switch exercises every month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
