Question: Is this acceptable for a replacement!?!?!!?
instead of doing 30 mins of cardio(jogging)!.
i used an elliptical machine!.
did 15 minutes on it!.
managed to burn 250 calories though!.
is it ok!?
how do you guys find burning 250 calories in 25 mins!?
am i under training!?

I'm curious as to how you figured how many calories you burned!. If you were reading what the machine told you, you have probably over-estimated it!. Elliptical machines do not burn anymore calories than jogging would do!. In fact, if you use is incorrectly, you could even burn less!. The advantages are that you are stationary, and you have less stress on your knees!.

Bottom line: In order to get an optimal cardio workout, you will need to keep on it for more than 20 minutes!. At that point, your body will begin burning fat and increasing heart health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
