Ok that show on Fit Tv called shimmy!.!.!.!.it's like belly dancing!.!.!.!.if I do that what will it do for me (fitness wise) Will it give me abs, do something to my hips, What will it do!? What are the benefits!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I watch that show too!.!.!.I think it works your hips and abs!. But you have to be consistent with it or you want see any results!. It's fun though!.!.!.!.doing the figure 8 to the music like a real belly dancer!.
