Anyone out there on nutrisystem?!

I live in a small town and one of the local doctors lost 60 lbs on Nutrisystem, so it does work!. I work at the same hospital she does and commented to her that she looks good!. I myself am on herbalife and lost 56 lbs!. I did try her nutrisystem chocolate cake!.!.!.!.mmmm, delicious!.

I tried Nutrisystem and it was horrible!. Almost all of the food tastes so bad that it's almost inedible!. That's how people lose weight on the plan!. They would rather not eat than eat that horrible tasting food! It also gets expensive, because you still have to buy fruits, veggies and dairy products to include in your diet!. The chocolate that they brag about tastes nothing at all like real chocolate!. Weight Watchers is better!. It teaches you how to eat right, and you are allowed to have anything as long as you eat it in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, couldn't pass it up!. I actually don't have anything for or against it!. I know people who tried it and failed!. I know people who basically did the same thing by keeping track of what they eat and use a little bit of will power!.
