It sounds like you maybe doing the crunches and situps incorrectly!. Make sure you suck you belly button in towards your spine, but remember to breathe! exhale while going into the crunch/situp then inhale on your back down!. Also make sure you posture is good, bad posture can make it look like you have a poochy stomach!. Starchy foods like potatoes and breads can bloat your stomach as well, so don't over do those foods!. well, if you already have a flat stomach, with not much fat, then it makes sense that it is getting bigger through exercise, because you add muscle!!! but if it adds fat, then you should, of course, keep doing your exercises, that sounds great, but also watch what you eat, not too much fried stuff, no late snack (except for like fruit or vegetables and stuff) and jsut a healthy diet, that should do it ;)

situps alone have never mad a stomach smaller!. situps build muscle!. to get smaller tummy, you need to have {3} fifty minuite, cardio workout sessions a week!. thats running jogging,tae-bo, or like!. that is what strips fat!. also alter your diet!.stay away from creamy foods!. they are high in fat!. especially dairy products!. they are high in fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Diet, i have piles of papers of research!. Cut back on high fats, high calories, high sodium and high choles!. Not all ab workouts tone and shrink the stomache!. Running is good!.!.!.but look into some yoga or pilates!.!.!.!.may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, because it is a muscle!. When you exercise a muscle it gets bigger!. Ergo, you are making your stomach bigger by exercising!. :-))Www@Answer-Health@Com
