Question: Just a quick question about breakfast!.!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.!.Eating breakfast is essential in losing weight, this I already know!. I was just wondering, I get up at 7:00am and eat my breakfast at 9:00am when I get to work!. Is this soon enough after getting up to benifit me!? I've heard that you should eat your breakfast within an hour of waking up!. Thanks = )Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find that a banana or a yoghurt first thing in the morning is not too much to handle and starts the body working!. Also, bananas release energy slowly so your brain works better too!. If you leave it too long to eat, your body thinks there is a famine and starts storing any food you do eat so to keep the weight moving, have a little something first thing!. Eating at 9am is both a benefit and a disadvantage!.!.

If you want to get thinner, this is very beneficial because it lowers one's appetite when he or she will eat lunch!.

It is a disadvantage because once we wake up, our stomach already starts producing small concentrations of gastric acid!. If eating breakfast is delayed, the risk of getting gastric ulcers is increased!.

I suggest that if you want to get lesser weight, drink fruit juices an hour before lunch or dinner to suppress your appetite!.

You must remember that although you want to loose weight, you must not forget about your health!. The normal weight loss per week is 1-2lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well sounds like 9 would be a good time considering your trying to lose weight you have to leave a even gap between 3 meals a day!. So it would be 9am for breakfast 1pm for Lunch and 5pm for Dinner !.!.!.!.because for dinner its good for you to eat before 6pm!.!.!.So I think that your taking your breakfast at the right time!. Everybody have there take on what time you should eat and exercise !.!.!.but, you have to do whats best for you what ever works for you!.!.!.!.if you do this and it doesnt work for you try something different!.!.!.Thats what I did and I lost 40 pounds in 3 months no BS!.!.!.!.

You should definatly wait!.!.!.you shouldnt eat right after you wake up because your body is just wakeing up and might not be able to break down all of it as fastWww@Answer-Health@Com
