No, you would lose water not weight!. If you don't eat food as well as fruit, you will gain weight because your body will hang on to the food you have fed it because it doesn't know when the next meal will come!. You will in essence become a fat storing machine as opposed to a fat burning machine which is what you want!. yes you will lose weight cause you don't add too much calories and you should also eat vegetables and foods that are rich in protein!. Cause foods that are high in protein helps you thin!. when you eat foods high in protein on breakfast you will fill very full even though you ate less amount af food!. and on lunch you may that you are still full therefore you'll eat less!. i don't know how fast your metabolism is and how much exercise u do
but i would say this is not a healthy diet
fruits have a lot of sugar so i don't know if it is good for u

firstly, over weight is an expression of UNDER nourishment!.

Secondly, cow's milk is a poison and not a foodstuff for a human! Pasteurised milk will even kill the calf for which the milk was intended!!!
