havent heard brain cells, but i know long term use has shown connections to intestinal/ organ issues (see: http://extoxnet!.orst!.edu/faqs/additive/a!.!.!. but as u can see, these studies include pppl who constantly drink this, and after asking my doctor she said 1 or 2 cans a day wont kill u :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
