Is this unhealthy...?!


Question: Is this unhealthy!.!.!.!?
My sisster wants to lose 95 pounds before August of 2009!. She was telling me about how she is going to just eat lots of fruit and vegtables all day every day!. Is that healthy!? If she loses the weight, would she gain it all back after going back to eating regularly!? Sorry, if the spelling is off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, eating only fruits and vegtables isn't neccessarily going to help her lose weight!. Tell her to start off just taking that bad things out of her diet once at a time,!. If she's a soda drinker, tell her to stop drinking soda first, and get used to it!. Or have her limit herself to 1 soda a week!. The key is to start small!. One by one, cut the bad things out of your diet!. Pretty soon, you'll be used to eating healthy!. That doesn't mean you can't eat meat, or bread!. She just need to do some research, on the good and what to stay away from!. Because eating just fruit and veggies isn't very nutritional, your body needs other things too!. And too much fruit can be bad, believe it or not!. Lots of sugar! If she has the money, she should try weight watchers, it's a great program that just teaches you to eat healthy, no matter where you are!.

You don't lose weight by only eating fruits and veggies!. You lose it by burning more calories than u take in!. You can get just as fat from eating fruits as eating meat!.
But if she decides to try that, make sure that she eats plenty of leafy greens!. Without them, she could get a B12 deficiency from not eating meat!. See a vegetarian nutritionist if you need some more info!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

shes approaching this all wrong!. Believe it or not, you CAN eat too much fruits and veggies! She needs to balance her meals, and exercise, exercise, exercise!!! She should be having 60 minutes of physical activity a day!. She could make half of that 60 minutes a workout!. They have them on On Demand, or on youtube!. You cant just eat fruits and vegetables, that would not only not work, but it would be unhealthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i have heard if you eat the same thing every day and keep it proportional it will help!. try eating special K with strawberries and work out a lotWww@Answer-Health@Com

sorry but i dont think she will lose 95 pounds!. you have to be VERY disciplined, and even then it wont happen that fast!. its much easier said than done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
