How Much am I supposed to Weigh?,PLEASE ANSWER!?

I am 5'1 and still getting taller, I weigh 95-100 lbs and I am turning 13 in November, going into 7th grade and what are some good diets that I can go on with out my parents getting suspicious, because they think that I am not fat but my face is like full, I DONT HAVE A DOUBLE CHIN!


Answers:

You are not fat. If you check your BMI, (try to find it online), you are considerd at normal weight and that if you lose any more weight you are considered underweight.

BUT, what you can do with those extra fats is to exercise and be fit. Tone up, try yoga or pilates, they'll do wonder with your body.

Even celebrities like Jessica Alba and Jessical simpson do yoga. AND.. look at their body.

About food, try to eat healthy meals everyday, drink lots of water. Not only can water keep you refresh, it doesnt have calories. So no matter how much u drink, u wont get fat.

eat 5 small meals a day (1200 kcal) to maintain ur weight,
