How much CARDIO should I do?!


Question:

How much CARDIO should I do?

I want to loose about 10-12 pounds per month.
Right now Im about 155 and about 5'3.
Im way bigger than usual....ever since I graduated high school and got married I put on about 30-35 pounds within about two years!

How much cardio can I do.....and how much should I be eating, and WHAT should I be eating!
Also, I usually do running on a eliptical and swim after!

You should be doing at least 30-50 min cardio (you should be heavily sweating) 6-7 days a week and weight lifting 3 days a week...............drink a lot of water.....stay away from processed wheat (white) and sugar.........breakfast eat oatmeal and fruit..... Lunch, 100 percent whole grain bread with meat and plenty of veggies.....low fat yogurt and almonds or walnuts makes a great snack...
