Is making the transition from treadmill to concrete streets a difficult one? How about grass too? Sand?

I'm talking about running if you don't already know.


Answers:

You may want to look at it this way, treadmill, easiest. Concrete, harder, grass a bit more, sand the hardest. It's all in the traction and the effort you must use against that traction, the smoother the surface, the less traction you need.

The best workout of them all is jogging on wet sand.
