Lose Weight????!


Question: Lose Weight!?!?!?!?
I weigh 250 and am 6 feet tall!. I guess I have a larger frame, so it's not all fat!. I was able to wear a 14 when I weighed 220-230!. Anyways, I know it's possible!. But, what would I have to do to weigh 200 lbs by the end of august!? that's about 2 months!? Whar would I have to do and eat everyday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to eat less, but more often!.
5 healthy meals a day!.
and yea you know it, ALOT of water!.
no sodas
no juice unless is fat free!.
no chips,
and if your like a junkie freak,
i hear a chocalate candy bar once a week
isnt so bad, but if you dont eat it, it will help you!.
eat things like chiken, bread, salad, fruit and veggies!.!.!. exercise is sooooo goOd for you too!.
40 min 3 times a week!.

DRINK TONS OF WATER and cut out all sugary drinks and foods out of your diet completely!. eat only whole-grain foods, fruit, and vegetables!. also, you should drink at least 2 cups of green tea a day to speed up your metabolism!. good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest to start by running daily and doing crunches daily also!. Another step would be to not drink soda and cut on sugar!. Drink as much water as you can, It will only help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO SODA AT ALL NOT EVEN DIET!! mostly water a little bit of decaf tea no salty food limit beef to 1 time a week walk every day for 30 min!. and youll lose the weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
