Ever since Summer started, I felt kind of unhealthy!.

Some cardio--walking, running, swimming, biking, dancing, etc!.
Muscle building--push-ups, crunches, other ab work outs, squats, lunges, weightlifting!.
Try 20 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week to start with, and about the same of muscle building!. After a couple weeks, kick it up (25-30 minutes 5-6 days a week)!. Remember to leave yourself a day to rest!.

Many reps+low weight = tone
Few reps+heavy weight =bulk
A general rule of thumb for tone training is 25 or more reps in 5 or more sets!. It should start burning after the first set!. For bulk training it should be 3-5 sets at 10,8,6 reps each!. It should start burning a little less than half way through the first set!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
