You are at the perfect weight for your size! Believe it or not, men find women more attractive when they have curves - most men just do not find rail thin models or actresses attractive!. I know you can't believe it, but at 5'6" and 200lbs, I am more accepting and loving of my body than I was when I was 139 pounds (I have large hips; a frame that is designed to carry some weight)!. When I was at my lowest weight, I was fixated on my weight, exercise, and food!. I was so unhappy!
Now, I make choices that are good for me, and make me FEEL good that I am doing something to make myself more healthy!
It seems that you have not really gotten over your body image issues!. Perhaps you should explore your relationship with fat and why you think it is bad!. Do you think that it is unattractive!? Really!? Who told you that body fat is unattractive!? Are you thinking for yourself, or are you parroting what the media wants you to think - that you are not perfect, but you might be, if you buy this jacket, this perfume, these shoes, this makeup, shop at this store, eat this food!.
My mother was obsessed with me becoming the waify beauty that she always wanted to be!. Genetics took precedence over my mother's selfish need, but she still had to try to force me into a mold that she still wishes she could fit!. It is amazing that I wasn't affected by bulima or anorexia (like my mom), but I still fight an unhealthy relationship with food!.
Why do all women want to be skinny!? What's wrong with making your own definition of beauty!? What's wrong with wearing what YOU want to wear, just because you like it, and not because it is "trendy"!? What's wrong with liking yourself, just the way you are!?!?!?!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am assuming you're an adult (you don't mention your age - BMI is calculated differently for children and teens) then yor BMI is currently 24!.4, so you're just about okay!.

I am a recovered anorexic - I developed it in my late 20s and was in ICU wth multiple organ failure for 4 months!. If I'd been a young teenager, I'd be dead now!.

I'm loathe to offer dieting advice to someone who has had an ED - it would be completely irresponsible of me!. I think you should talk to your GP and ask to be referred back to a dietician specialising in EDs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 13, was anorexic at nine and still recovering
I have to be in the normal range for by weight and a good indication of that is the BMI calculator (google it) though it isn't very good for muscle athletes as muscle weighs more than fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
