Okay, since I overate a bunch yesterday...?

today I only had 770 calories maximum (if I round up a lil I guess) and tomorrow I'll aim for 500 calories. I think I had like, 1300 extra calories yesterday. will this make up for it?

Let's do the math. I'll assume that you expand about 2,000 calories a day normally. You think had about 1,300 extra yesterday, right? Okay, so you gained about a third of a pound. If you eat 770 calories today, than you're having a deficit of 1,230 calories. Alright, great. Almost there. But tomorrow your metabolism will be somewhat slowed, because that's what our bodies do when we severly restrict (even for just a day! This is how our ancestors survived for thousands of years!). So lets say tomorrow you only need 1,200 calories to live. But you still need a deficit of 70 cals to ensure to yourself that you've "made up" for it. If you bump it up to 1,130 calories tomorrow, than you'll have made up for it... but you'll still be in starvation mode. So the day after tomorrow you can have 1,400 calories and you'll be out of starvation mode, but you'll be 200 calories "up". So the day AFTER the day day after tomorrow, you can bump it up to 1,800 calories, and the two hundred extra calories that you owe will have been paid, and you'll be out of starvation mode completly and back to your regular diet. Simple math!

So again- tomorrow have 1,130
Wednesday- 1,400
Thurday- 1,800
And you're good to go!
