Answers:
Joe really gives a very accurate description of what you are dealing with!. To weight almost 260 pounds can be hard on the heart and the body regardless of how much you bench and squat so I can understand why you would want to lose weight!. But you can do it without sacrificing muscle, intense cardio work-outs, and some small changes in diet
( protein, carbs, Fats) will go a long way in reducing body fat!. I think Joe said it best, your body is tuned to body building, and when you hit the weights the blood starts pumping and you are still building muscle even though you have reduced the weight!. Try a different training regiment, instead of heavy squat do lunges, instead of flat bench try Peck-DEC, and flies, work with dumbells in super sets!. you can maintain muscle and burn fat at the same time!.!.!.Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

More muscle more weight!. Fat weighs less but you got more flab!. Don't stress it!. You are doing the right things!. While the scale may say a pound more I'll bet your clothes may say an inch less!. As a 5'6" female, I don't bum out over weight!. As long as it's a size 10, chest and hips are about the same measurement and waist noticeably smaller, and I'm eating healthy and exercising!.!.!.I'm a happy camper!. Some may want to be a size 0 but I'm not one of them!. Keep doing what you doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being that strong you are probably packed with muscle!. You really have to overtrain to burn muscle!. I don't know why you'd want to get smaller but keep doing what you're doing!. Remember muscle weighs more than fat so if you are not all ripped up yet that's what your body thinks you're doing now so you may notice a few pound up before they come down!. I'd love to bench 375 and I'm 6 foot 1!. Nice job on the bench dude!Www@Answer-Health@Com
