I feel horrible?!


Question:

I feel horrible?

i ate so bad today i am trying to gain weight but in a healthy way this is what i ate today, do you think ill get fat, but in total i didnt go over on the my daily amounts of fat
Breakfast
2 bowls of cream of wheat, 1/4 cup fo 2% reduce fat milk, a pure protein bar and body fortress vanilla protein shake
Lunch
Grilled chicken caesar salad from mcdonalds, and southwest dressing
Dinner
2 beef taco supremes soft
we ate out all day and when we went to taco bell i tried to order fresco but they messed up my order completly i tried to get the grilled steak soft taco but got 2 soft beef taco supremes. Will i get fat? on my daily plate profile it says i can still consume 30 something more grams of fat. do you think ill be ok if i lift weights?

I don't want this to come off as rude, but do you have an eating disorder by any chance? You seem to have some kind of scewed perseption of how much food you need to eat. For most people, that is not nearly enough food to gain, or even maintain weight. And besides, even if you had eaten a lot, there is no way that you could possibly "get fat" off of one day of binge eating. People don't go from thin to fat over night, it just doesn't work like that. If you do have an eating disorder, I'm really sorry that you have to deal with it, please speak to a counsler or psychiatrist about your feelings, because you don't deserve to feel guilty or have your self esteem diminished based simply on what you've eaten. If you don't have an eating disorder, than just relax. You've got the dieting bug (we all get it when we first start) and are becoming a bit paranoid.
