Question: I felt really weak doing my conditioning!?
so it was my first tryout conditioning workout for football it was real hot in the gym we working out in but i had plenty of water only thing is i didn't really have anything to eat before the conditioning i had breakfast but that was at 8 and we started at 1 pm through the time i just had water and got real drained and wasn't half way through yet i have asthma but u think the prob was i didn't eat enuff before the workout and if so what should i eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Before you exercise like that, you need to consume lots of carbohydrates!. Mainly because it provides "fuel" for your muscles!. If you're going to eat long before, you should eat anything with carbs like fruits, bagels, cereal with low-fat milk, sports drinks or energy bars!. Water just re-hydrates you, but it won't give you the fuel you need during the workout!. It doesn't have anything to do with your asthma though, unless you get really short of breath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should eat before your tryouts at about noon: a piece of chicken (not fried), some form of wheat bread (wheat toast, wheat bread and butter, etc!.) and when you leave for your tryouts, in the car on the way there eat a banana!. this should definately help you outWww@Answer-Health@Com
