September 4th?!

Question:

September 4th?

Ever since I moved I feel as though I haven't been as active as I used to be, or as I should be. Now that its summer I'm focusing on getting in better shape so that I can look and feel my best for when school starts again in September.

I'm running daily for 20 minutes, walking for a cool down for 10 minutes, and doing calesthinics for about 20-30 minutes. 2-5 times a week I'm also doing a pilates routine. Not only am I exercising, I'm also eating sensibly, not really restricting myself to a certain number of calories, but just watching what I eat.

My question is, if I follow this plan and stick with it like I know I can, how much weight could I lose by September 4th?
Currently I'm 5'7" and weigh around 127 lbs. Could I get to 120 or 115?

Thanks, and yes, Steve Irwin did die on September 4th, and it is very sad. September 4th happens to be the day that I go back to school, so that's why I decided on that day. The school district chooses when school starts, not me.

Sorry, I'll go back and edit to answer this q in a minute, but I just think we should all take this time to remember. If you think September 4th is a big day to you, think of how big a deal it is to Bindi. Could you possibly pick a different day?

EDIT: To answer your question, the lowest you should go for your height is 118 to be healthy. Yes, you could probably lose those nine pounds by... you know when... but I suggest you also count calories. When you increase your activity, your appetite increases quite a bit to, sometimes to the point that the excersize calories only count for a few hundred even if you did a LOT of exceresize. Eating sensibly is good, but remember to practice portion controll and possibly consider actually counting, because if you eat frequently to keep your blood sugar steady with all the exersize, all the small amounts of calories here and there can add up.
