Question: Well the doctor im seeing tomorrow!.!.!?
Tomorrow im seeing an eating disorder specialist that my normal therapist set up for me because she,my family and friends all think i have an eating disorder and she even been calling that for the last month but i really honestly don't get why everyone thinks i have one, i eat i mean yes the food i eat is all like low in fat and calories and i upsess about what i eat like for example a normal day is breakfeast-whole wheat cereal lunch-whole wheat cereal and dinner-salad or soup i exercise basically 3-5hours a day and i weigh 118 and im 5'8" almost 5'9" but do i really have a problem!.!.also this effects my relationships because i pick exercise to hanging with my friends!.!.im 15Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you even know this is an eating disorder!. You just said it is affecting you mentally, physically, and socially!. You should at least talk to the ED specialist!. Maybe you can get some help and get your life back!. Good luck with everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you need help, your exercising to much and your not eating enough calories!.!.!.you can only be a kid once, so go out and have fun!.!.!.exercise is great but limit it, so that way you will have time to hangout with your friends alsoWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are obsessing! You are only 15! It makes me so sad to hear all the young girls obsessing about their image and weight!.
What your family and friends are telling you is that they care for you!. And yes, I too am seeing that you have something that you need to be careful about!. I'm not saying that you are anorexic, but you are definitely NOT eating enough!!!
I am the same height as you and I can't tell you the last time I weighed in at 118!. In fact, my body would look sick if I were to get down to 130 or 135!
You are too thin!. You need to start feeling good about yourself, and learn that you are beautiful on the inside and out!.
Being "skinny" isn't always as glamerous as you might think!. Woman actually go around making fun of girls who are too skinny!. We think super skinny girls don't look good!.
Working out 1 hr a day is enough!. If you read health books or speak with personal trainers they will tell you that you are over-doing it!. You are probably wasting more time working out than you are doing good!.
Please don't deprive your body of the nutrients that you need!. Go hang out with your friends!. They probably miss hanging out with you!.
Look in the mirror and be happy with what you see!.
If you don't fix your mindset now, you will never be happy with yourself!. You will always look for ways to improve!.
However, the truth is!.!.!.sometimes you've done all that you can with the body you have!. Be happy with it!.
I really hope that you find a place in your heart where you are happy with yourself!. Be a kid!. Stop obsessing over looks, weight, and food!. Go shopping at the mall and have fun!
