Is this ok for today?!


Question: Is this ok for today!?
I know its not a lot, but I dont have any food with me and hardly any money soo today I had
Breakfast:sugarfree redbull (25 cals)
Lunch: fruit and walnut salad from Mcdonalds (210 cals)
and for dinner we are having broiled steak and asparagus (dont know how many cals)
So is this ok!? How many cals do you think my dinner would add up to!?
I will also do 45 mins on the elliptical tonight?

For one day it is okay but you are going to be starving by the time you get to dinner!. You need to eat protein earlier in the day to feel full longer!. The steak and asparagus aren't a bad choice but it depends on how much steak you eat and how much butter you put on your asparagas!. An appropriate portion of steak would be 3-5 oz!. But as you have not really eaten anything all day you will probably eat a lot more than that!. If you can eat some fruit and maybe a couple oz of nuts before dinner you will keep hunger pangs at bay and keep your energy level up!. It sounds like you are on the move today but you are going to need more fuel to get through your workout this evening!.
Be careful not to restrict your food intake so severely!. I would imagine your blood sugar level is fairly low by mid afternoon and this will slow you down and if you feel too tired you may feel like skipping your work out!.

I don't think you're eating enough!. And you need to eat SOMETHING for breakfast!. It's harder to lose weight otherwise!. The fruit and walnut salad is yummy, but the walnuts are candied!. I don't know how hardcore you are or anything, but you really need breakfast to be healthy!. Dinner sounds delicious!Www@Answer-Health@Com

not a good idea!.!. that lacks calories and might lead to muscle catabolism and other health complications!.!. better research more on having a good diet rather than starving yourself!.!. and when you do find a good diet plan that suits your goals and you can follow realistically, then stick to it until you achieve your goal!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
