You are fine diet-wise!. But to lose weight do incorporate some aerobic exercise into your day!.!.eg walking, jogging, cycling!. Calculate your daily calorie expenditure based on your weight and sex and activity level!. There are several online sites that tell you how many calories you need to maintain, gain or lose weight!. (You can get them by a google search)!. To lose weight at a healthy rate of a pound a week, you need to have a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories a day!. Try to achieve just that by a combination of healthy eating (which you already do) and exercise!. All the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your plan sounds great to me mate!.

Try drinking one glass of water for each hour that you are awake!.

And kudos to that not eating after 7pm rule!.!.!.!.It really works, t hat's why

Walking for 30 minutes!.!.!.!.Why don't you powerwalk instead!? Walk as fast as you can for those 30 mins

And you can also start lifting weights/weight training every other day!. This will help you burn cals even when you are sleeping

This will help you burn more calories-interval cardio training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How hard are your walks!? Is your heart rate getting to the fat burning level!? Is your level of exertion at a level 6 or higher!? If you are not, then your not working hard enough to burn enough calories to fire up your metabolism!. You also need to incorporate some strength training or weight bearing exercises!. The more muscles you build the more calories you burn while sitting still!. Your diet looks great, you just need more movement!. Hope that helps! Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you walk every day how fast are you going!? Intervals are best when doing cardio, walk moderately fast then sprint for a minute then walk again and do that several times, keeps your heart rate up!. Weight training builds muscles which burns more calories quicker!. Cardio and weights are just as important as eating right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think thats healthy!.!.!.
no offence but you need to research what you are eating!.
coffee, bad
milk bad
whey protein poweder bad

but every else is very good, more gren leafy vegies and more meat needed for example

snack: handful of nuts and some steamed veg
lunch: salad and salmon

You should try Calorie Shifting, which works by getting you to eat the right food at specific times of the day!. Then by rotating it so that your metabolism never gets used to any routine!.

It may be hard to get yourself to carry out the Calorie Shifting method because you will need to create an expert menu!.

To loose one pound, you have to burn 3,500 calories!. Try cutting back a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds good!! keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly it doesn't sound to me like you are taking in enough calories! I know it sounds counterintuitive, but if you don't take in enough calories, your body goes into starvation mode and basically holds onto the fat you already have in your body!. Kinda like preparing for a famine!. The amount of calories you need depends on your age, height, etc but typically around 1200 to 1400 is a good place to start for losing weight!. Besides, if you don't get enough calories, your body simply doesn't have enough energy to burn off fat!. So its great that you drink a lot of water and exercise, but don't cut back on food too much or you won't get the results you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a great diet!. If you are not loseing weight then start exerciseing more!. If you still are not loseing wait then you are probably at least still loseing fat!. If you want quicker results cut some of the snacks out, and replace the smoothie with something a bit more solid of similar caloric value!. I lost about 80 (6'4" 260 -->193) lbs before by running for 30 minutes (5k) or going to the gym (muscle work not cardio)every other day and eating a small bowl of cereal in the morning a very light sandwitch with only protein and bread for lunch and subway value meal without oil w/ diet drink for dinner!. Once I realy got into the routine I could lose 10lbs in a good week!.and thats while building muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
