Question: How come plz helpz!?
ok im 5'6 n half im fat 291 im 13 n i have no idea what wrong with me my periods r always late or real early it suck cuz i keep missing my fun when i have my period bc i cant keep track of it i need help with it n my weight plz give me sume weight dites plz n tell me why i cud be fat i mean i eat baddly sumtimes n then i never eat but i drink all the time kool aid sodaz but i quit it cuz i needed to so now it koolaid n water so plz help me n give me some exz things to do to help the weight come offWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you say you've cut out the soda and koolaid which is basically straight out sugar, you've done a great step already!. Don't do the salad diet because, trust me and the rest of the world, it doesn't work because it won't fill you up!. Start eating less throughout the day and just try your three basic meals with maybe a gronola bar or energy bar, there's natural granola/energy bars out there too, for a snack if your stomach growls in between!. But don't overload yourself with food!. And try to stay away from desserts!. This is for starters of course!. And then of course stay away from the twinkie express boatload (meaning the most obvious fattening foods)!. Eat your protein and excercise 5 days a week!. Try repititions of some of those small weights, lifting them using your arms, do a couple reps of crunches and push-ups!. And please try to fit in a game of volleyball or some sort of sport that involves a lot of motion!. You don't have to do it for hourse, just 30 minutes or so 2 days out of the five!. I promise this info will help!.
And about your periods, it's different for all people!. Maybe you have a long/shorter period schedule than other people which is throwing it off the normal 28 day track most people follow!. But if you're not skipping any than you will be fine most likely!. And if this doesn't help making up your mind go see your doctor because he/she will give you excellent advice about the perfect workout systems and diets and about your period!.

My best solution to getting the body you really want is to exercise!. Go for brisk walks every night with your mom or your friends, that is what I do!. Do 15 jumping-jacks when you wake up and before you go to bed!. Drink TONS of water and NO soda! As for the periods, stress and weight gain really mess with your period schedule!. Try taking vitamin B supplements everyday to help with the stress!. Unfortunately there is no easy way of loosing weight, trust me I know, but what I have found that really works is determination!. if youre 13 the weight will change big time!. you are in puberty, your weight will fluctuate, and since you probably just started getting periods its totally normal for them to be irregular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.
