I have a toasted english muffin with a small amount of omega 3 natural peanut butter, a small banana, and a large glass of water!. Keeps me full until lunch too!. When buying the english muffins, read the label and check for calories, fat content and sugar(this one is sneaky!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
