What can I do to stay lean and get ripped.?!


Question: What can I do to stay lean and get ripped!.!?
I'm like 6 feet tall, i weigh 160 and im really scrawny!. I've put on some weight while i was in college by working out 5 days a week, but i never got near the results that i was hoping i would!. Any advice on good work outs for arms/chest/abs/shoulders that can get me bulked up!.
I am taking creatine and protein after work outs, i take some like 52g protein shake and i also drink muscle-tech cell-tech hardcore for creatine!.

Hi - check out!.!.!.!. bodybuilding!.com!.!.!.!.or Flex magazine for some good routines for all levels!.!.!.as far as getting ripped, your diet must be very high in protein, around 250-300grams per day and eat protein at every meal!.!.!.you need to work hard too, work with compound exercise which work the larger muscle groups!.!.!.such as !.!.!.bench presses, squats, deadlifts, barbell curls, calf raises, press behind neck and leave out the fancy exercises like concentration curls etc etc until you have a body to sculpt - your diet is 90% of bodybuilding, if you work hard and eat crap you will get nowhere fast!

to get= big
If you want to get rip do alot of push ups, when i did my push up i did 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20 , 15 and my last 10 push ups!. give your body a day or two rest!. i use to do you get rip!.

now= to get big
i worked out years, and no results!. you need to eat right, give yours body a rest seperate you muslce when you work out!.
example, i work out arms shoulder chest, fore arms, then next day legs calfs, sit ups!.

its important do to your work outs correct!.
1=dont use your back
2=when you start to arch put less weights
3=when you curl keep you elbow still when you bring it up
4=when benching pull you shoulder blades inwards and press the bar up!.
