Question: Will eating nothing but fruit for like a week hurt me!?
Lately like all I wanna eat is fruit (and almonds, but I hear those count as a fruit anyway)!. I take vitamins as well, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, since you're taking vitamins, it wouldn't HURT you!. Just make sure you're getting enough protein, etc, which I guess you could get from the almonds!. You might get a stomach ache though, because most fruit is acidic, and eating a lot of it might not be a great idea!. As long as you stick to bananas and things like that (as opposed to, say, 5 apples or oranges every day), you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not going to give you the energy you need that you get from carbohydrates, or any calcium or protein which your body needs!.

You will feel very hungry and very faint especially if doing it for a whole week!.

I wouldn't recommend doing it, even if taking vitamins I would eat some veg aswell and also some wholewheat or your body might feel like it's starving, and after the week you will put on weight alot faster when you eat normally again!.

Well, I would be worried that it means you are craving sugar!. It shoudln't really hurt your health as long as you are balancing it out with protein and fats!.!.!.!.and by the way, the almonds should be FANTASTIC for that!.!.!.!.!. but if this goes on for more than a week or so, I would talk to a doc about why you might be craving fruit!. You could have some kind of vitamin deficiency or possibly some sort of blood sugar problem starting up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tried that, and I did lose a little weight!. Don't tire yourself, it's hard to diet by only eating fruits, you feel hungry all the time!. But do find other food choices that would not only make you feel full, you lose weight at the same time!.An example of this would be salads and brown rice!. Goodluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will make you really bloated probably, so you may be uncomfy!. add a few veggies to it too like baby carrots and raw cucumber!. and almonds are NOT a "fruit"!.!.!.but anyway other than the bloating it shouldnt really hurt you too too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why not eat plenty of fruit but save some room for vegetables, including nuts and beans, and don't forget you need some grain food,too, to enable the animo acids,protein, to be used by your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not enough fats and proteins and carbohydrates to sustain your body and function your body!.
Results in malnutrition and gain in weight as your body goes into survival mode and clings onto calories and fatsWww@Answer-Health@Com

yea no protein no fat at all
thats bad becoz your metabolism may slow down and your skin may become dry due to not eating any fats
