Question: Is my body going to suffer if I work out everyday for 1+ hours!?
i'm feeling pretty good!. some ppl say that you should have days of rest but I dont need them!. just wandering if there will be any negative consequences in the long run!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even if you don't feel like you need a rest, your body needs it!. Your muscles need time to regenerate and therefore grow!. Alternate the muscles you are working to every other day!. If you are doing cardio, you are probably safe to not take a day off, but it is still strongly recommened for your long term health!. Be sure to alternate the way you work out!. Run, walk, bike, swim, etc!. Joints can wear down over time!. Resting is a good thing, not a sign of weakness!.
I don't know your goals for working out, but rest will help you acheive your fitness goals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to rest the same muscle groups for a day before working them again!. You can work out every day as long as you're not doing the same muscles 2 days in a row!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Overexercising will destroy muscle without allowing it time to regenerate!. You will lose strength and mass!.

In all honesty if you are not feeling it the next day you are doing it wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
