On most supplements it is written that take 1 softgel with meal!.!.!.!.what does that mean !? is it before meal or after meal !?

It just means to take it during or right after you eat, because most supplements may upset your stomach, or they may be absorbed better with foods, so as long as it is during or immediately after you eat, that is what it means!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
