ok so summer is comin as everyone knows!. i like to go swimmin and i need to tone down my stomach, anybody kno any exercises that i could do that will tone it within 3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, first of all 3 week is a bit of a tight schedule to get that tummy toned, depending on how un-toned your tummy is!. But here are some good exercises anyways
