Okay.... another weight loss question.?

I know there are a million of these on here but here goes it.

I would really like to drop some lbs before my vacation in October, and I know that diet and excersize are key (duh). My only problem is that I am super picky. When you are raised on junk food, you like junk food, its just like that. So what kinds of things can I eat that aren't too bad for you but not just plain and boring and gross? Like, is there any diets out there that aren't completely filled with foods that taste like cardboard? I hate any seafood and most vegetables! lol.

This sucks. I blame my mom. :P

Your mom has helped you make bad choices but she isn't forcing you to. To loose weight, its simple, do not eat fast food, do not eat breads (pizza, hot pockets,pop tarts, bread stickers, sandwiches) and pasta. Stop drinking pop and alchohol. If you have to, drink diet only. Do not drink anything with sugar in it, including juices. Drink lots of water, this will help you loose weight. Eat 1 person size portion not 2-3 like most everybody does. Eat only 3 times a day with 2 snacks, not chocolate or junk food. Tell your mom she isn't helping your diet by keeping junk food in the house, so get rid of it. If it aint there, you cant eat it. You need to learn to like vegtables, they are good for you. I had weigh loss surgery cause I was 100lbs overweight. I lost that weight simply from eating ALOT less and making good food choices. I haven't excersised at all. But in your case with the surgery, you may want to do 30 mins a day.
