How can I lose weight while having Celiac's Disease?!


Question: How can I lose weight while having Celiac's Disease!?
I've been diagnosed with Celiac's Disease and it's incredibly frustrating trying to diet!. I was diagnosed with it 6 months ago!. 6 months ago I was a healthy, fit 5'1 115lbs!. Now I am a little bit meatier version at 130lbs!! I feel horrible!. The weight gain is due to my body now being able to absorb nutrients better since not being able to eat wheat/gluten products!. I eat extremely healthy!. Everything is organic with no preservatives!. But pre processed gluten free foods are loaded with potato starch and rice flour!. Both are full of carbs!. I have stopped eating all pre-processed gluten free foods and am seeing a slow difference!. I exercise 6 times a week, 2 times a day Mon!. - Wed!. If anyone knows of anything I could change in my work out routine to make this more effective, please let me know!. I've never had any problems with my weight until now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when it comes down to it, you need to just make common sense food choices (like you are kind of doing) but you can never go wrong with fruits and vegetables, stick with a lot of fruit and also, when you exercise, do it for 30 minutes, take a 20 minute break then exercise for 30 minutes again studies show you burn more fat that way, and also try spacing your workout out a little bit more and include more cardio because you do also realize that possibly a good amount of your weight gain can also be attributed to gaining muscle this is what many people dont realize and causes them to eventually give up when they are actually getting results

not that thats something to be excited over!.

Im 16 now but I was diagnosed when i was like not even 2 yrs old!.

Uh yeah the carbs are a killer!. Its really hard for me too because i am also a vegetarian!. so i basically live off of carbs!.

I really dont eat much of the pastries, cookies, cakes, etc that are made gluten free 1 because they are too darn expensive and 2 because they have tons of calories!.

Uhmm i eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies!.

I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! Wake up early in the morning, and drink a glass of COLD water!.

wait for about 30 or more minutes!. have breakfast if you like!.

exercise!!! if you do it in the morning you will feel energized throughout the day! plus, it's alot healthier!.

i recommend you walk, if on a treadmill machine go for speeds 5!.5 - 6!.5 !. Also the Elliptical Trainer is very efficient!.

drink lots and lots of water!.

Before having lunch by 30-40 minutes, drink a glass of cold water hopefully on an empty stomach) and that will cause your body to increase the core temperature, burning calories!.

later on, drink a cup of green tea, without adding any sugar! green tea enhances your metabolism and makes it work more efficiently!.

try not to eat past 7 pm, or at least try not to eat anything 3 hours before you sleep!.

snack on vegetables, fruits, and even water!
