Last night I worked my biceps and abs really well and today i feel it in my arms!

Last night I worked my biceps and abs really well and today i feel it in my arms but also my legs are so tired

why? Just from standing and lifting the 10kg weights?


Answers:

It is indeed possible for your legs to get sore from work that your upper body has done- especially if you didn't stretch first.. Or if you weren't wearing good shoes.

A kg is about 2.2 pounds. So each weight would weigh about 22 pounds. That can get pretty hefty, especially in extended work-outs. So it's not too surprising that the rest of your body got a bit of a work-out too.
