Question: Help me lose weight!!?!!?
I'm 16
5'5
142 lbs

I need help to lose weight and get toned and flexible
I want to lose about 10 lbs in the next 5-8 weeks and keep it off
I'm also a vegan, incase you give diet ideas
but most stuff i eat is good
I just used to be chubby when i was younger, and it's in my genes, but i just want to lose the rest of that weight and get a toned lean body
I try to motivate myself, but i'm such a procrastinator and get lazy sometimes

you already eat healthy it sounds so keep it up!. practice praportions and control!. start to work up!. dont jump into it ease into it!. first start with a few sit ups then add some squats then add some walking then running over then follow a schedule!. youll become unmotivated if you attempt to start it all at once!. hope i helped!. goodluck!. Exercise is defiantly the way to go to get a toned body and being vegan will help getting lean!.

Running 30 min a day on a treadmill of using an Elliptical machine will help you burn calories!.
Working your abs by doing crunches!. If you don't have access to equipment then turn on your radio (to get you motivated) being alone will keep you concentrated and having a glass of water to sip on will keep you hydrated so you can work out longer!.
My work outs consist of jogging/running, stability ball, weights, exercise tube for arms, even dancing!.
I like to try different things to keep it fun and interesting also stretching my body gets it toned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To tell you the truth, most people don't have any idea what it means to eat healthy, because this information is hidden!. If you truly do eat healthy,it is impossible to have excess fat!. As a vegan, you certainly will lose weight, if you are following the vegan diet!. It's one of the most restrictive and low calorie diets out there!. I would say just keep your physical activity high, and make sure you are getting your nutritional needs met, because it's awfully easy to fall short with a vegan diet!.

At 16, you're still growing, and on this diet with physical activity, you should not need any other measures to lose the weight!. Be careful; sounds like you're really close to that slippery slope of "eating disorder" here, imho!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First step is done, being a vegan means your body is clensed and very healthy!. Being chubby is not in anyones "Genes"!.!.You need to consult a physician to see where you are health wise because it may be unhealthy for you to lose any weight!.
Second step, get off you butt and excercise!.!. free weights are the best!. if your wanting to tone your wanting to do resistance at the maximum reps, if your wanting to bulk and be super man resistance training plus increasing weight as it becomes easier it the way to go!.!. make sure not to over do it that will only lead to bad taining!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u r fine! your BMI is 23!.7- which is very normal! But if u really do want to lose weight i would recommend eating special K, multi grain cheerios, etc!. for breakfast, then for morning snack eat grapes(or any other fruit), Lunch-Turkey on Wheat, lays baked, and fruit!. snack-special K bar(i recommend chocolate its delicious) dinner- spaghetti) I also reccommend running after you eat dinner (wait about 30-40 min!.) If you want dessert i would reccommend skinny cow snacks, there good!Www@Answer-Health@Com
