Exercise plan?!


Question: Exercise plan!?
i need to lose between 10-20 pounds i can't run outside so only stuff in my room!.!. can you give me a exercise plan i can do in my room to lose weight like for example 8 mins of ab workout or something!.!. please and thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

What you have to do is to look away from the minutes that you are spending doing the exercises that you are thinking about and just focus on getting what you need to do!.

You want to loose total body weight!. Since you aren't really looking for anything other than that from what you mentioned and well trying to get that stomach of yours to look splendid^^!. I think that all that you will have to aim at getting done is some cardio and some efficient crunches done!.

1) Jumping jacks!.!.!. yes you are going to sweat from this!.!.!.!.

Do like 50 and then wait for 2- 3 min and then do it again and then after another similar wait again!.

2) Pushups! This you do as many as you can without feeling like you are about to die or anything just as long as you can do the same amount again after a 2- 3 min wait and you are fine!. Just two sets!.

3) Get some weights!.!.!.!. Anything that you are able to carry and do jumping jacks with can range from books to relatives and near family too!.!.!. Chairs and just about anything that you don't have to buy!. But plain weights will work just fine if you are able to find any!. Just make sure to be careful so that you don't injure yourself when you are implementing them into your routine!.

4) After you have done this just make sure to do it all again at a later time in the same day just with something to make it more straining every other time that you go at it!. Just make sure that you won't get too tired or too funky smelling to be able to stand yourself!. If you do it isn't too bad if you go about hygiene or something-!.- (ergo take a shower!)

5) Do this every day for results that you can live with at least twice a day!. If you do it more often then just make sure that you are able to do it every day and at the very minimum twice a day!.

6) Always remember to be just a little bit more intense every day or you aren't going to touch a loss of 10 to 20 pounds in like forever!. Just remember to add weight to the exercise and don't compensate by eating more!.

7) Yes control your eating!. Low fat Low carbs and HIGH!!!! PROTEINS!!! Lots of easily digested veggies too!.

Very difficult because you cant run outside, try skipping in the back garden or garage noone will see you and try doing 10 mins will definately help!. Best thing is to run though so if you can get outside and run or buy a running machine but you can run outside for free!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

since you cant run out side u should probably puchase a running machine because running is the best way to lose weight!. but untill then you could do ab workouts for 100 abs 3 times a day and as you get better add 50 to the abs!.

But i still reccommend buying a running machine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should do 30-40 push ups a day and also purchase a treadmill to run 2 or 4 mile distance and the main thing to losing weight is to eat healthy!. Don't be tempted to eat junkfood!. Hope you lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
