Question: Will this make me fat!?
so todayy the total i ate was 579!.3 calories
i did 8 minute abs and hip hop abs this morning
now im going to do TAe bo!.
will this make me fat the 579 calories!?!?!? im on a diet and im trying to lose 5 pounds a week! i do lots of exercise like the whole day but i just ate 579 calories today i was soposed to eat only 490!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1st, are you talking about ~500 calories/day!?!?!? That is way too low!.!.!.who told you to eat that little!. Depending your age/height/weight you need at least 1200-1500 calories/day (else your metabolism will shut down)!. Your metabolism adjust to how much you eat/day so if you stop eating you will stop losing weight!. Just eat 5-6 small meals/day, add some lean protein (i!.e!. chicken, fish, whey protein shakes, etc!.) Also, add some resistance exercise (i!.e!. circuit training, resistance bands, manual resistance, lifting light weights/high reps)!.
Lastly!.!.!.what you're currently doing won't make you fat but you will be disappointed in your body unless you follow more closely the outline I provided!. Good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Who told you that you were only supposed to eat only 490 calories a day!!?!!?! If you are overweight, losing weight is a good thing, but starving yourself and excercising too much isn't a healthy lifestyle and you won't be able to keep up!. The "579 calories" you ate today won't "make you fat"!. If there's fat there, it was there!. Please talk to a nutritionist or even your family doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating excessively low amount of calories isn't a good thing at all!. It totally messes up your metabolism!.
EX!. when you decide to splurge and eat normal for a week or so,your body won't know how to handle it, and will store it as FAT!. It's easier to eat at least a 1000 calories a day!. You could simply eat a fruit bowl for breakfast, a handful of nuts for a snack (protein in nuts builds muscle), and etc for lunch and dinner!. Remember, when you properly eat and exercise, you'll burn fat and look LEAN, not anorexic!.(A 579!.3 daily diet is super mean to your body!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
