Question: I need to loose 10 lbs I have this week and next week help!?
I have my one year anniversary coming up and I want to look hot :) I way 144 right now I would prefer to be at 120 but if I can get to 133 or 134 by June 30th that would be great!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The perfect amount of time needed to lose 10 lbs would be one month!. If you want to do it faster it's not healthy!. You can lose water weight by doing a Juice Diet or a Cleanse diet!. If you want to lose 10lbs in one month here is how you do it:
1!. Exercise twice a day for at least 45 minutes each time!. Do the epilipitcal machine or bike!.
2!. Do not eat ANY sweets at all and no soups
3!. Eat boiled egg whites inside a low carb wheat tortilla for breakfast
4!. have a small snack before like lunch 1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese and maybe some low fat cheese
5!. For lunch have 2-4 oz of lean meat or fish and veggies and 1/2 an apple!. ONLY no carbs!.
6!. Another small snack - handfull of almonds or 1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese
7!. Dinner same as lunch except no fruit!.
8!. Do not eat ANYTHING after 6pm!. Nothing at all!.
If you are hungry go exercise!. ingnore the hunger and think of the end result!. Do this for a month and you will probably lose more than 10 lbs the first month and 8-10 every month going forward!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins!. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things!. Exercise!! Go for a run, or maybe just a fast walk!. Also, I find that sit-ups really flatten out my stomach!.

cut out as much salt as possible to reduce water retention, drink 2 litres of water per day so you dont get dehydrated, eat less and excersise a lot, might get you 5-6 pounds but mainly water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
